Shipping and Delivery
Florist Arranged products are available for Same Day delivery on Monday to Saturday if the order is placed before noon in
the recipient's time zone. Orders going to Alaska must be placed before 3 pm EST. Florist Arranged
products are not available for delivery in Hawaii, Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.
All Florist Arranged products will be delivered from a local florist.
There is a $13.95 US service charge for all Florist Arranged deliveries.

Important Delivery Information:
- We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. All deliveries are guaranteed to
arrive on the requested delivery date, if we are provided with complete and accurate recipient information.
- For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient is most
likely to be between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. The florist requires a telephone number for
the recipient and will generally call prior to delivery to ensure a successful delivery, or in the event
they need further delivery instructions.
- Florists may be required to substitute product due to availability.
- The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery is not available to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes.
